Financial help and support to access adult learning courses

New funding offer for adults aged 19 and over. Your first full Level 3 qualification could be free, if you have not achieved the level before (selected qualification courses including Bookkeeping, Accounting, Early Years/Childcare and Counselling).

Qualification courses up to and including Level 2 may be free for learners on JSA, ESA and Universal Credit or for those on a low income  and fee remissions available for those on other state benefits (subject to income thresholds).  See our fee policy for additional funding offers for 19-23 including first full Level 2 and 3 or full funding for ESOL courses.

A limited Discretionary Learner Support Fund (DSLF) is available to support learners in financial hardship with help to access and participate in adult education courses, including fees and course related costs such as equipment loans or childcare fees and travel.
