Fund raising for Thurrock Foodbank  

TACC’s Step into Independence learners recently produced a fantastic flyer to raise awareness for their Thurrock Foodbank fundraising project. A big thank you to the learners who designed this poster — amazing work! 

During the colder months, many people in our community struggle so even the smallest contribution can make a real difference.  

Learners and staff were encouraged to donate whatever they could afford — whether that was a food item or a small monetary donation. The event proved an enormous success with many food items being donated.  

During the event we were kindly joined by a representative from Thurrock Foodbank who was able to see first-hand, the great work undertaken by our learners. 

Food donations (non-perishable items such as soup, cordial, custard, tinned potatoes, rice pudding, etc.) are always welcome and money donations can be made here: Donate money | Thurrock Foodbank  

Every donation helps vulnerable individuals and families who need a little extra support.
