Thurrock Adult Community College delivers part-time adult education providing people with the opportunity to learn, grow and shape their future. We support learners to improve their career prospects, get into work or get more out of their family lives and social relationships. Learning with us helps people improve their confidence and wellbeing through a wide range of courses. Our learners appreciate the high quality learning experience the College provides and use their new skills to enhance their lives.

Our diverse curriculum aims to meet the needs of the people of Thurrock and enable them to achieve their life and career ambitions to take advantage of all the opportunities that are available to them. We work collaboratively with communities, employers and agencies responding to changing needs, thus contributing to the social and economic growth of the local area.

To meet the local economic priorities, Thurrock Adult Community College will continue to focus on helping residents upskill and retrain for their future with a wide range of qualification and skills courses, for life and work plus free confidence boosting, family learning and wellbeing offers including the popular Healthy Mind course to help develop coping strategies in these challenging times of recovery.
