Welcome Back – 2022

First, happy New Year and the managers and all staff at Thurrock Adult Community College would like to wish you and your families a healthy and safe 2022.

You may have read or heard on the news of changes in guidance to education provision following the rise in Corona Virus cases.

The college remains open as usual

If your class is face to face it will continue face to face.

Skills scans, assessments and exams will continue as planned

We strongly recommend you continue to take 2 lateral flow tests each week and ask that you take a test on the first day of your return to college after the Christmas break.

We ask that, unless exempt, you continue to use face coverings when in public spaces in college. We now also ask that you continue to use face coverings whilst in your classroom - this is an additional safety measure. It is recommended by the government but not compulsory

Your tutor will not need to wear a face covering whilst at the front of the class but will wear one moving around the classroom.
