Message from College Principal & Courses 2020-21 Now Booking

Welcome to Thurrock Adult Community College and thank you for your interest in our courses.

The college has dedicated over 45 years to supporting people who live and work in Thurrock to learn new skills that improve their work and career prospects, getting more out of their family lives and social relationships. As a college we are continuing with plans for you to learn safely, following Public Health England advice and guidelines. We have recently changed the way we deliver courses, moving to a blended model of remote learning using digital technology and classroom based delivery. We are keeping our programmes as normal as possible to make sure you will still achieve your qualifications and goals.

Your learning journey can start or begin again at any stage in life and we will continue to offer a wide range of flexible courses that you can study part-time. Our vocational courses can help you reskill or upskill your knowledge to ensure you achieve recognised qualifications to go further in your career or start a new one. Your work or physical wellbeing may have been affected by the recent lockdown. We can help you with a range of courses designed to get you back on track.

This is a challenging time but together, we can meet the challenge and be ready for a new start in the new world.

A summary of our 2020-21 courses and the full welcome message can be read by clicking here to open the interactive Course Guide.
